Despite strong growth in private generation, which reached approximately 18 GW in 2025, businesses continue to face key challenges. According to SAPVIA (South African Photovoltaic Industry Association), grid modernization and the need for deployment-ready storage solutions remain top priorities in 2026, particularly for complex C&I applications.

80–125 kW C&I Hybrid Inverter Platform: Power and Flexibility

Alongside EverCore, Solis will showcase its 80–125 kW C&I hybrid inverter platform, engineered for commercial and industrial applications. The solution integrates PV, PCS, STS (grid-tied/off-grid switching), and EMS into a single, factory-tested control system, delivering higher stability and faster deployment. With an IP66-rated design, it is well suited for harsh outdoor environments.

Key features include:

  • High PV input capability – Supports a maximum PV string input current of 21 A, ensuring compatibility with high-power PV modules.
  • Wide battery compatibility – Compatible with 100–314 Ah battery modules, helping reduce overall system costs.
  • Fast battery charging – Supports a maximum charging current of 200 A for quicker energy replenishment.
  • Strong off-grid overload performance – Delivers 160% overload capacity for 200 ms in off-grid mode, ensuring stable start-up of heavy loads.
