AXIAN Energy is looking for procurement specialist (EPC project)
Your challenges
1. Technology Watch & Market trends monitoring
– Conduct ongoing technology and market monitoring for renewable energy equipment.
– Track raw materials price trends and maintain regularly updated benchmarks.
– Understand project needs and procurement strategies to anticipate upcoming tenders and
optimize sourcing decisions.
– Support the Engineering team in drafting technical specifications.
2. Supplier Sourcing & Qualification:
– Implement the full supplier qualification process, including NDAs, compliance and ESG
questionnaires.
– Identify, source, and pre-qualify manufacturers for key technologies.
– Lead technical and post-sourcing evaluations together with Engineering and Construction
teams.
3. Tendering EPC Support
– Support EPC prequalifcation and tender processes.
– Plan and manage international RFQs and RFPs.
– Analyze and clarify offers, prepare comparison matrices, and issue award recommendations.
– Lead negotiations on cost, delivery timelines, quality, warranties, and payment terms.
4. Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance Follow-up
– Monitor production schedules, FAT activities, inspections, and quality control procedures.
– Check compliance of technical documentation and traceability requirements.
– Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners on shipments and consolidation
planning.
5. Reporting & Procurement Performance
– Contribute to the procurement performance report.
