Rooftop Solar Power in South Africa

  

The webinar will focus on the overall Solar PV energy landscape in South Africa, and how buildings are increasingly incorporating renewable energy solutions. With a special focus on rooftop solar, we will also unpack how renewables fit into the current national energy landscape and discuss where the energy sector is headed. We will also look at practical examples of the ongoing measuring of Solar PV projects, different building types and their performance.

The panel session will be hosted by GBCSA’s Georgina Smit, in discussion with the South African Photovoltaic Industry Association’s (SAPVIA) Maloba Tshehla, Imbue Sustainability’s Simon Penso and Solareff’s DeVilliers Botha.
