ALER is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization for Development) whose mission is to promote renewable energies in Portuguese-speaking countries.

The Association works as a facilitator of business opportunities by supporting the private sector and attracting investment and financing, as an interlocutor with national and international authorities to create a favorable regulatory framework and as a coordinator of the various stakeholders, creating a cooperation platform and constituting the common voice of renewable energies in the Portuguese language.
