The AFSIA Awards is the industry’s premier awards ceremony.
This annual event is the platform to recognize and celebrate exceptional talent and achievements in the African solar and storage market. The application process is open to everyone and applicants can choose among 14 award categories.
Focusing on all segments of the solar and storage industry, the purpose of the awards is to recognize and celebrate good practice, professionalism, quality, safety and innovation, with the aim of being a marker of the brightest and best that the African solar and storage industry has to offer.
The competition opened on 2 July 2026 and will close on 20 September 2026.
The awards ceremony will take place alongside the Renewable Energy Forum Africa (REFA) in Lagos, Nigeria, on Wednesday, 25 November 2026, at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Lagos, V.I.
