Solis has released its latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, outlining the company’s continued progress in responsible innovation, product quality, corporate governance, and long-term sustainable development.

Advancing Innovation Through Technology and R&D
Innovation remains central to Solis’ sustainable development strategy. The company believes that “sustained R&D innovation is a core driver in addressing climate change, advancing energy equity, and supporting high-quality development.”
In 2025, Solis invested RMB 507.61 million in research and development and employed more than 1,000 R&D professionals, with over 37% holding master’s or doctoral degrees. The company has also continued to strengthen its structured innovation system, centred on its Research Institute, while improving product development efficiency through integrated product development and technology platform planning.
Solis also expanded collaborative innovation initiatives with universities and research institutions. In one recent project, the company partnered with the Eastern Institute of Technology on regional power supply-demand forecasting and smart PV operation systems, helping improve renewable energy utilisation efficiency and support carbon neutrality goals.
By the end of the reporting period, Solis had secured 372 patents, 401 trademarks and 13 software copyrights, while publishing 43 academic papers, further strengthening its long-term innovation capabilities.
Strengthening Product Quality and Lifecycle Management
Product quality remains a cornerstone of Solis’ long-term development strategy. Guided by the quality principle of “Quality by Everyone, Every Time, at Every Stage — Delivering High-Quality Products that Earn Customer Trust,” the company continues to embed quality accountability across all stages of its operations.
Solis has established a systematic quality management framework covering product design, supply chain management, manufacturing, testing, after-sales service and product recycling management.
During the reporting period, the company recorded no product quality or safety incidents and no product recalls. To further strengthen product reliability and global compliance, Solis completed 639 certification projects covering major international regulations and standards, including IEC, UL, BIS, VDE and AS certifications.
The company also continued to advance digital quality management through integrated manufacturing and traceability systems, helping improve production monitoring, quality consistency and lifecycle management efficiency.
Promoting Responsible Governance and Business Ethics
Responsible governance and ethical operations remain important pillars of Solis’ sustainable development strategy.
The company strictly complies with applicable laws, regulations and recognised standards of business ethics, while continuously strengthening its internal compliance and anti-corruption systems. Solis has established independent whistleblowing and reporting mechanisms, including dedicated reporting channels managed by the Audit Department, to support transparent communication and oversight.
According to the ESG report, “The Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach to violations and holds fraud and corruption misconduct strictly accountable.” During the reporting period, no major legal cases related to fraud, corruption or unfair competition were reported.
To further strengthen its culture of integrity and compliance awareness, Solis organised multiple training activities in 2025 covering business ethics, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, supply chain compliance and trade secret protection.
Strengthening Global Industry Engagement
As part of its commitment to accelerating the global clean energy transition, Solis also continued to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange across international industry platforms.
In 2026, the company participated in major global renewable energy exhibitions, including SNEC PV Power Expo in China and Intersolar Europe in Germany, showcasing its latest solar and energy storage solutions, smart energy management technologies and localised service capabilities.
