Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead, plan, and oversee projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all ongoing projects via Project Management software
  • Track and update all ongoing projects and project submissions on HubSpot
  • Ensure communication is smooth with clients for all project implementation
  • Follow up on any outstanding tasks during project implementation period
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy,
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, experience in the renewable energy sector is an added advantage
  • Proven expertise with project management software and tools for project planning and management like MS Project
  • Ability to work with associates and contractors in the field and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence. Must be reliable and flexible with work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Africa.
  • Fluency in French or other relevant languages.
