Your profile
Proven leadership in Quality of Services (QS) management, including KPI/SLA governance and vendor performance reviews
Background in high-QoS industries such as telecommunications, finance, or critical IT services is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring smooth execution of large-scale projects
Your challenges
Quality of Service Governance: Defining and implementing a comprehensive QS governance framework that encompasses KPIs, SLAs, and performance management metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality services across multiple countries and vendors
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establishing a system for continuous performance monitoring identifying potential bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
Incident and Crisis Management: Leading and managing major incident and crisis management processes, ensuring rapid response, resolution, and recovery in critical situations
Vendor and Multi-Country Service Management: Managing service quality relationships with vendors and across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global quality standards and business objectives
Process and Documentation Management: Developing, maintaining and updating detailed documentation for all quality-of-service processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
