Our South African Digital Power Department is hiring Photovoltaic Product Managers in the Gauteng region.

We’re looking for Sales and Business Development experts in the South African Solar/PV product market!

Responsibilities:

• Market competition analysis, master competition information
• Understand customer needs and Identify customer stress points
• Target strategies and solutions to meet customer needs
• Communicate the value of the Huawei intelligent photovoltaic power station
• Plan the value of the project, the technical exchange, the special brand activity
• Guide the customer to accept the Huawei smart photovoltaic solution
• Tender and the delivery forecast, Customer relationship expansion, Project operation
• Business negotiation and Responsible for the sales target of solar business
• Product support and problem resolution for customers
• Evaluate and develop energy storage solutions in various scenarios. Gain market insights
• Analyze the application scenarios and business models of energy storage technologies
• Participate in the solution design of energy storage projects
• Establish dialogues with customers technical executives
• Support successful market expansion
• Participate in industry exhibitions and technical exchanges
• Grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate Huawei professional image.
• Understand the mainstream energy storage technical solutions
• Understand customer pain points, and guiding future product design

Required Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of Photovoltaic Products and Solutions, processes and methods
• Basic principles and knowledge of Solar/PV products
• Familiar with energy industry, with technical background.
• Previous work experience with Solar related Consultant companies
• Working in Top EPC companies is an advantage for the position
• Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT/related qualification
