This position is both versatile and rigorous in nature: You manage the reception, storage, preparation and distribution of goods. Good inventory management and optimization is therefore essential. The Inventory Manager must know the necessary quantity of stocks at the right time to organize replenishment based on a minimum threshold. He remains in contact with the supply manager and must put in place with him a good supply policy and relevant stock management to maximize results and avoid shortages.
You control the processing of customer deliveries in compliance with planned deadlines and costs and you collaborate with carriers. You will participate in inventory management.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensure product availability on shelves and in reserve.
Reception and Storage: Supervise the reception and storage of goods, organize storage space.
Inventory Control: Perform regular inventories, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Process Optimization: Improve inventory management processes
Supplier Relations: Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve delivery issues.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on stock levels and analyze data to identify trends.
Regularly evaluate the individual performance of stockists and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management and optimal customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics or retail environment.

Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with suppliers.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Mastery of IT tools and inventory management software.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
