Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Solar Sales Specialist to join our team in the solar
energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities,
building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This role demands an in-depth
knowledge of the solar energy market, strong communication skills, and the ability to work
independently to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for solar inverters and solar panels to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of the solar energy market,
- products, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, suppliers, and partners
- through networking, trade shows, and outreach activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service, retention, and satisfaction across all accounts.Monitor
- market trends and provide management with insights on product developments.
- Assist in forecasting, order processing, and inventory management based on market data
- Oversee sales support activities such as invoice submission, proposal preparation, and
- payment collection.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of products.
- Retain and expand market share for assigned product categories within each account.
Build and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar energy sales or a similar role within the renewable energy
- sector.
- Strong knowledge of the solar energy market and its products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independent
