Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Solar Sales Specialist to join our team in the solar

energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities,

building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This role demands an in-depth

knowledge of the solar energy market, strong communication skills, and the ability to work

independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for solar inverters and solar panels to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of the solar energy market,
  • products, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, suppliers, and partners
  • through networking, trade shows, and outreach activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, retention, and satisfaction across all accounts.Monitor
  • market trends and provide management with insights on product developments.
  • Assist in forecasting, order processing, and inventory management based on market data
  • Oversee sales support activities such as invoice submission, proposal preparation, and
  • payment collection.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of products.
  • Retain and expand market share for assigned product categories within each account.

Build and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in solar energy sales or a similar role within the renewable energy
  • sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the solar energy market and its products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independent
