Key responsibilities

• Provide tele- and off-site technical support and post-sales support.

• Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware of PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.

• Report product failures to head office with clear descriptions.

• Evaluate the performance of PV plants by studying operation data regularly.

• Regularly follow up on technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installers and retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Preferred minimum of one year working experience in the solar industry, particularly in product troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

· Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability to learn new technologies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
