Responsibilities: End-to-end partnershipwith Marketing Manager and Sales Team
An Important Local Marketing Link to Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop annual regional marketing plans and provide quarterly updates.
- Plan and execute marketing and customer events, ensuring alignment with the overall activity plan.
- Regularly monitor campaign processes and work with the Marketing Manager to address bottlenecks, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage regional digital media, including content creation and social media platform operations.
- Develop and maintain regional media resources and external marketing partnerships.
Supporting Sales and Customers
- Work with the sales team, local partners, and distributors to manage marketing activities and documentation.
- Act as a key team member in planning and executing exhibitions and strategic meetings.
- Support co-marketing activities with distributors.
- Track and document the performance and expenses of distribution activities.
- Oversee sales team performance during marketing activities, ensuring active participation in various events.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Familiarity with various advertising methods.
- Proficiency in creating social media content, short videos, and customer-focused activities.
- Ability to design and edit visuals and videos.
- Strong problem-solving skills, open personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
