Key Responsibilities:

– Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target and engage potential clients in the developers and consultants sectors.

– Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert leads into sales.

– Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

– Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, particularly those relevant to developers and consultants, to effectively communicate their value propositions.

– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

– Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

– Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close sales deals that align with company goals.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

– Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, tracking progress against targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry with a focus on developers and consultants.

– Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the needs, challenges, and opportunities within the developers and consultants fields.

– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

– Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

– Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

– Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
