Powernsun is a one-stop solar solutions provider, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial installations across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and South Asia. We specialise in the design and distribution of solar components for On-Grid, Off-Grid, and PV Diesel Hybrid systems, offering Solar Inverters, PV Modules, Balance of System, and advanced solar monitoring & control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow business in the lighting and electrical product segment (cables, switch gears, etc.).
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients including contractors, consultants, and project developers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Meet sales targets, prepare reports, and maintain customer data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in lighting, cables, or switchgear industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and project-based selling.
- Must be currently based in Accra, Ghana
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the market.
