Major responsibilities

Interface between our customers and JA Solar.

Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.

Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.

Perform all on site installation, overseen repairments, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.

Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.

Follow and create operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.

Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.

Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.

Establish relations with PV installers/testing companies and 3rd parties along different EU areas.

Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.

Prepare documentations and work instructions.

Participate in the claim management and RMA process.

Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.

Handle sales or customer feedback and product quality complaints;

Promote the factory to conduct cause analysis and develop improvement measures, coordinate solutions, and promote the implementation of solutions.

Provide module installation training, technical support or PV module-related on-site inspection/testing for customers;

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, optics, applied physics, materials, etc.;

Willing to work on call duty.

Working experience in solar photovoltaic industry, in-depth understanding of PV cell, PV module or PV system design and operation is preferred;

Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.

Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.

Willingness to travel.

Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.

Strong customer orientation.

Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

Fluent French.

Speaking Chinese or Arabic language beneficial.

Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.

Driving license.

Good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
