As a growing international solar EPC company, we are extending our Global Sales and Business Development team and seeking for a multi-faceted marketer – Business Development Manager for the development of renewable energy projects globally and covering cross-countries sales.

This is a possible remote position. 

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Development of new businesses and leads in the B2B segment in currently assigned and potential regions;
  • Driving sales strategy across multiple channels with clear understandable metrics;
  • Monitoring the timeliness of receiving payments from clients;
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Collaborating with marketing team in making lead generation, acquisition, participation in thematic exhibitions, conferences, and forums;
  • Preparing a bunch of sales bullets for organizing and presenting information for clients – you need to cover all grounds;
  • Project owning of the client’s journey from end to end towards the NEOSUN brand;
  • Close deals!

Requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in active sales of technical solutions for B2B market internationally 5+ years;
  • Experience in solar sales is highly desirable;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international markets as Russia, APAC, MENA, North America, Latin America;
  • Project management experience to cover whole sales cycle;
  • Fluent or native English is required (C1+), other languages as a big plus;
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics and integrity;
  • Technical education is desirable;
  • Experience of working or studying abroad within international settings will be a plus;
  • Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing goals and set priorities;
  • High level of independence, initiative, result orientation;
  • Willingness for frequent business trips globally.
