About the Role 

We are looking for a high-potential Growth & Sales Support Intern with strong data analytics, presentation, training, and sales support skills. This individual will work closely with the Channel Manager to assist with improving sales efficiency, optimize distribution channels, and drive performance insights across key account partners, dealerships, solar sales outlets and field agents. 

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales management, solar distribution strategy, and renewable energy business operations. 

Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting 

  • Collect, clean, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales data across multiple channels (dealership, outlets, distributor agents, sales reps). 
  • Assist with tracking for monitoring KPIs such as lead conversion, agent performance, outlet sales trends, and inventory movement. 
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for the Channel Manager and sales team. Track key account activities and support in forecasting and target tracking. 

Sales & Channel Support 

Assist in the day-to-day coordination of: 

  • Activities in Dealerships 
  • A solar sales representative managing a second outlet 
  • 10+ distributor agents in the field
  • Provide administrative and operational support such as follow-up on sales leads, reconciling sales records, and preparing briefings for internal and external meetings. Document and track field activities, agent challenges, and customer feedback to support process improvement. 

Training & Capacity Development 

  • Support the design and execution of training sessions for sales representatives, agents, and dealers. 
  • Assist in developing sales playbooks, SOPs, onboarding guides, and product demo materials. 
  • Track training attendance, engagement, and post-training performance improvements. 

Presentation & Communication 

  • Develop high-quality presentations and visual reports for internal strategy meetings, weekly check-ins, and partner updates. 
  • Assist with the preparation of proposal decks, product brochures, and sales pitch materials. 
  • Maintain internal sales communication templates and documentation for the team 

Special Projects 

  • Take ownership of short-term projects or process improvement initiatives (e.g., CRM data validation, incentive tracking, outlet performance benchmarking). 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams when necessary. 

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with multiple teams; tech, growth, user services, finance, customer support, people ops teams to deliver delightful experience to customers. 

Soft and Technical Skills: 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts). Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Power BI is a plus. 
  • CRM or sales software experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is desirable but not mandatory. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

Qualifications

  • A graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales, analytics, training, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage 
  • Certification in Project management/Sales 
  • Knowledge of last mile sales & distribution
