Job Responsibilities:
– **Market Expansion and Customer Development**:
– In-depth understanding of the Nigerian PV market dynamics, policies and regulations and competitive landscape, develop and implement effective market development strategies to improve the company’s products in the local market share.
– Actively explore new customers, establish and maintain good cooperative relations with local government departments, power companies, corporate customers, distributors and other potential customers, and promote the cooperation and landing of PV projects.
– **Sales target and performance achievement**:
– According to the company’s sales target, formulate individual and team’s sales plan and ensure its effective implementation, complete or over-complete the sales tasks on time, and realize the company’s performance growth in the Nigerian market.
– Responsible for the negotiation, signing and execution of sales contracts, coordinating resources from various departments within the company to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
– **Project Management & Coordination**:
– As the main communication bridge between the company and the customer, responsible for the full tracking and coordination of the project, solving the problems in the project in time to ensure that the project is completed on time, according to quality and quantity.
– Work closely with engineering, technology, after-sales and other departments to provide customers with professional PV solutions and technical support to improve customer recognition of the company’s products and services.
– **Market Research and Analysis**:
– Collect and analyze information and data on the Nigerian PV market, including market demand, competitors, industry trends, etc., to provide decision-making basis for the company’s product research and development, market positioning and marketing strategy.
– Regularly report to the company headquarters on the Nigerian market sales, market dynamics and customer feedback, put forward rationalization proposals and improvement measures to assist the company to develop more targeted market strategies.
### Tenure Requirements:
– **Educational background**: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in PV, new energy, electrical engineering, marketing and other related majors.
– **Working experience**: more than 3 years of sales experience in PV industry, familiar with the African market is a plus.
– **Professional Skills**:
– Possess solid PV professional knowledge, familiar with the principle, composition and application of PV systems, able to provide professional technical advice and solutions to customers.
– Possess excellent sales skills and business negotiation ability, able to independently develop the market, explore customer needs, and facilitate project cooperation.
– Good project management skills, able to effectively coordinate resources from all parties to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
– Skilled in the use of office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., with certain data analysis ability.
– **Language Skills**: Fluent in English, able to communicate with clients and conduct business negotiation without obstacles as a working language. Knowledge of local language is preferred.
– **General Qualities**:
– Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, work proactively, able to withstand greater work pressure, adapt to long-term overseas work.
– Good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills, able to establish good cooperation with team members and customers of different cultural backgrounds.
– Have a keen market insight and adaptability, able to grasp market changes and customer needs in a timely manner, adjust the sales strategy and plan.
